1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across Pakistan, including all major cities and towns. If your location is not serviceable, our support team will contact you for alternate arrangements.
2. Shipping Charges

Standard Delivery: PKR 190

Free Shipping: On orders above PKR 3,500
Note: Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
4. Estimated Delivery Time

Lahore & Major Cities: 2–4 business days

Remote Areas: 4–7 business days
Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, or high-volume seasons.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an SMS or WhatsApp message with your tracking ID to monitor the delivery status.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available nationwide. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the package at the delivery address.
7. Order Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

8. Change of Address
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us within 12 hours. Changes made after dispatch may not be possible.
